Download and Installation


Delete the archive you have currently. Then, clear out your browser’s cache and restart your browser. Then try downloading the archive again. This usually takes care of that problem. If this persists, please let me know via the contact link and I’ll do my best to help.

No way. TradeLogger does not install anything other than the program itself. Nothing runs in the background with or without TradeLogger running. There are no convoluted un-install procedures. Everything is installed in the TradeLogger folder and nowhere else. TradeLogger connects to the internet upon start up only to check for newer updates and if found, installs them automatically. TradeLogger does not collect any personal information of any kind.

General Usage


Yes, it seems that some people have reported this and have found relief by doing a Windows Update to make sure that you are running the latest Internet Explorer and ActiveX. All the users that have reported this and have done the update have found the problem to be resolved. I'm not sure why exactly this is happening but I suspect it has something to do with a recent Windows update. Let me know if your problem persists.
