A: Delete the archive you have currently. Then, clear out your browser’s cache and restart your browser. Then try downloading the archive again. This usually takes care of that problem. If this persists, please let me know via the contact link and I’ll do my best to help. Q: Does TradeLogger install any spyware, malware or other background running applications? A: No way. TradeLogger does not install anything other than the program itself. Nothing runs in the background with or without TradeLogger running. There are no convoluted un-install procedures. Everything is installed in the TradeLogger folder and nowhere else. TradeLogger connects to the internet upon start up only to check for newer updates and if found, installs them automatically.
